Mom to Theo, 9 months old

"On night three of the plan, Theo slept from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. without a sound. I stood in the hallway convinced something was wrong — then I heard him babbling happily in his crib."

"That was the night I stopped dreading bedtime. We went from five wake-ups a night to zero in eight days."

The Approach

Three steps to the sleep you've forgotten

In Claire's words — the methodology behind every plan she writes, and why it works when nothing else has.

The Sleep Assessment

Understanding your baby's full picture

Before I recommend anything, I need to understand your baby's specific temperament, feeding patterns, developmental stage, and the sleep environment. Sleep is never one-size-fits-all — a four-month-old's needs are completely different from an eleven-month-old's, and what works for a breastfed baby may not suit a formula-fed one.

Our free 45-minute assessment covers your full sleep history, current schedule, and what you've already tried.

The Personalized Sleep Plan

Written in plain language, not jargon

Your plan arrives within 48 hours as a clear, day-by-day document. It includes your baby's new schedule, bedtime routine (timed to the minute), nap windows, and a response guide for night wakings. Nothing is left vague — you'll know exactly what to do at 2 a.m.

The plan accounts for your parenting philosophy. I work with families who want gradual methods and families who are ready for faster approaches. Both are valid.

Two Weeks of Support

Because night three is always the hardest

Most families see significant improvement in the first three to five nights. But night three — when the initial novelty wears off and exhaustion peaks — is when parents need the most support. I'm available by text throughout your two-week support period, with a check-in call at day seven.

Average client sees their baby sleeping 6+ consecutive hours by night eight.

Claire's Philosophy

"I don't believe in letting babies cry it out alone in the dark. I also don't believe in co-sleeping out of desperation at 3 a.m. There's a middle path — and I'll walk it with you."
